Expert Acoustic Evidence

PKA provides expert acoustic evidence at Land and Environment Court proceedings, following a detailed acoustic investigation. We also support clients and their legal teams through other disputes where noise or sound insulation is in question.

Detailed Investigation First

Our evidence is built on measurement and analysis. We prepare a detailed report that addresses the relevant environmental noise criteria, such as State noise policies and Council development control plans, and sets out our findings clearly.

Presenting Our Conclusions

We can present our conclusions to the Land and Environment Court along with all necessary recommendations. Where a development is subject to consent conditions imposed by the Court, we can design and document the acoustic measures needed to comply.

For strata and building matters, we also prepare expert reports for the Supreme Court and tribunals, formatted as required by your solicitor and suitable for submission at the hearing.
